What is the difference between the 2 versions on the market?

One is a general android app and the other is specially optimized for the Atrix. I just downloaded the one for the Atrix, will update on how it works out tmrw.

I also downloaded the Atrix version and it continues to tell me (wifi and 3G) that I have no connection to the network. Guess I'll REBOOT AGAIN! later and see if that fixes it. Damn thing is worse than a PC.

I think on Qik's website they admit to it not working between an iPhone and Android yet.

So this works with the iPhone. My friend is really REALLY sick of downloading all of these 3rd party video chat apps that are crappy >_<

Is this any better than Tango? Tango blows but it's the only video chat app I've used that works sometimes. I use it to communicate from my Atrix to my wife's iPhone 3GS.

I've found Tango to work pretty well, honestly. It's also the only consistent connection I've made between my Atrix and other friends with iPhones. I have Qik installed, but rarely use it -- Tango works pretty well AND allows me to talk to other people regardless of their phone's OS. I imagine it will get a lot better once the HSPUA update comes out OTA and on Motorola's website today or this weekend.

Ok, I think we need a standard across the board for this on phones. All applications must abide to it so that they are all compatible lol
