well, long story short, i have a boot-loop-of-death'd evo that i got from my lil bro. i think I made more progress than most in that it ALMOST boots now! it makes the start up sound, but no animation.
anyway, i got to this state by flashing the previous RUU on the comp, then ran the same one thru hboot. flashed the s-on tool, then ran the ota update.
whatever it was, i think something got corrected somehow n brought me to this state.
now, when in bootloader, adb dont see it, only fastboot. when i choose fastboot in the bootloader, same thing.
while its attempting to boot, my devices says 3 instances of qualcomm CDMA technology msm(or something like that).
i cant find these drivers for squat. id like to try adb logcat while booting, 2c where its hanging up, but 4 those damn drivers...
anyone kno where i can find them!?

If you're seeing that, it's not a good sign. Those are supposed to be the "My HTC" and ADB drivers, once the device is recognized. If it just stays with that description, that basically means it doesn't recognize your device.

any way possible to get recognized while in this state?
im thinking some sort of phone flashing software (think that hudini metro pcs flasher) might have drivers, like pda net.
your thoughts?

Nothing I know about, but if you find anything, let me know.
