Quality control is lacking

First one I got from RS had a pinhead-size "scuff mark" on the inner face of the screen along with black touchup paint on the black metal bezel and now this second one has 4+ small dusts trapped under the screen. At least it's off to the side so I may wait until they get some freshly made Virgin Mobile logo'ed ones.

So far, I've had bad luck with phones from Virgin Mobile. Had to exchange one of two Opt V, Triumph fried itself in my pocket, and now these issues with Evo.:(

The phone you have received, is it a Sprint branded EVO V (EVO 3D)? If so, there have been complaints about Sprint customers getting new EVO 3D's with dust particles under the screen, read this under the EVO 3D forum. I'd just call VM and have them send you a new class A phone or at least get on a list for them to send you a new one. Granted it may take a while since VM is still filling orders for the phone.

Wow, I have never had a problem with my phones. I feel bad that you have problems with the phones for VM. Hopefully once you get the new phones there won't be any issues.

So far only Evos available are Sprint branded AFAIK.
