Help Question about 4.1.2 Browser

My contract with my old phone recently expired, so I figured it was time to upgrade carriers as well as my phone.

I got a S3 (hence why I'm posting in this forum) and I'm quite happy with it! But there's one thing that's bothering me.

Before I was on 2.3.7, and the browser had a function that when zoomed, it would rearrange the layout so you didn't have to scroll left/right.

This feature is essential for me, and doesn't seem to be present by default in my current version (4.1.2). Is there a known way to turn this back on, or do I need to install another browser? Or....?

My temporary solution is to buff up the text size minimum for those sites I needed it, but having to go back and forth to change that is a hassle :/

Ive never used the samsung browser mate but aparently it does do that (text wrapping).
If it doesnt do it automaticly, try a double-tap on the screen once youve zoomed

If it did it, I wouldn't have made this thread asking about it.
And I have tried double tapping, it doesn't work.

If you're not using the stock browser, can I inquire as to which one you have?

I think the best one for text wrapping is Opera, and after doing a little research I think that the Maxthon browser does it also.

I can't find anything in the settings to do it on the stock browser

Thank you, Opera works perfectly for what I'm trying to do.
It's a shame the stock browser no longer supports this feature, but what can you do?

Boat browser rewraps nicely and a lot of people love it but you have to double-tap (on my phone anyway) as i said, ive never used the Sammy browser but ive read people on here saying it rewraps.
Hmm i might give Opera another try.. it used to seem a bit slow to me but dont think ive tried it on a high end phone like the s3 :thumbup:

Settings>Advanced>Auto-Fit pages is what you're most likely looking for on the stock browser.

Just tried it and it worked anyway after a double tap (tested this very forum I may add ) Opera is probably more reliable for it though, it's a bit temperamental.

Hmmm not working for me Double tapping just zooms it into the piece of text I tapped on but doesn't resize/rewrap it

Edit: haha, it would help if I was using the stock Samsung browser, wouldn't it? I'm using the AOSP browser, I don't have the stock one on my phone That might explain the above

I was gona test it but either the stock browser wasnt in my Lite rom or ive uninstalled it
