Help question about androind charge problem

I got mine a little under a month ago and 3 or 4 times now it will randomly start giving out loud mechanical noises, somewhat similar to a really messed up fax machine, I'll restart it and then its fine. anyone have any ideas on what it could be? should I just try to get a new one? thank you for any help

Never had that problem, you may want to have VZW look at that, do you have any downloaded 3rd party apps?

I got a ton of different app's and games on it.It could be that stuff? how would I tell which one? or would I just have to wipe them all off? thanks
