Root Question about app2sd and MoDaCo 3.0

Hello guys!

I am using this ROM with app2sd and Recovery Amon RA 1.5.2

My question is- when I install some apps from the Market, not from files, do they go to SD card or I have to install there manually?

All apps, regardless of source, should now install to /sdcard by default.

I'm trying to flash Amon Ra's recovery image to my fun, but having problems. I've got all of the files (adb exe, fastboot exe) etc on the root of my sd card. I boot into cryogen recovery, plug in my usb cable and execute the adb shell. But when I type in 'adb shell' I get an error.

I also tried the fastboot/adb push installation but to no avail. Is there any other way to flash the image to the phone. What am I doing wrong?
