Help Question about background image

So, my brother has the Samsung Infuse running 2.2.1 and he has the ability to set his background image to stay stationary, even when sliding screen to screen. Is this possible on the Evo running 2.3.3? And if so, how the heck do you do it? Haha. TIA

One way is to use a home launcher. They have go launcher in the market. I use go launcher and one of the settings is to keep your wallpaper stationary while you scroll screens. There may be other launchers that let you do this as well, but I haven't tried them so I don't know. Go launcher is great.
