Well neither is working and I'm starting to get a little pissed off... This ROM is only making my phone harder to deal with...So I don't get it. There's a new build from 09192011 should I try that one? First it will say I have a sooner single adb something or other and then searching for drivers (which are installed) in ROM tools option 2 is flash a new recovery and I don't want to do that I want to get to my SD card.

If you pay attention to my last post, you just want to use option 2 to install the LG drivers that's all. You will have to do this first before anything else can be done in option #2. Then after all three drivers have been installed,exit ROMTools.
These drivers are an older version and might install on your PC if the newer ones don't.
Also this might help later if you don't have ADB established in your system path and want to use a command prompt from your PC to give commands to your phone(this is really handy if you ever get stuck in a recovery loop). This might also help with the driver issue now.

This is the easiest and simplest ADB installer on the planet. This could help. Also remember if your phone is having a hard time being recognized by your PC then go into menu/settings/applications/development and turn USB debugging off ,then on,as fast as you can. This some times fixes that problem.
I've also noticed that some times my PC doesn't show the "click here to safely remove" Icon, meaning the PC isn't recognizing my phone. I pull the USB cable out of the phone and reinsert. I might have to do this a couple of times before my PC finally recognizes my phone.
EDIT: I went to the site I listed for the LG drivers download and went thru the entire process of install these drivers. Not a hitch, installed no problem. Could it be that because I already had ADB established in my system path on my PC that the install went so smooth?

Remember,Reboot the ROM a couple of times before installing or doing anything(this will tighten it up).
Also if you want to install the theme then wait until you have a couple of reboots on the ROM before installing(this seems to help keep the ROM's integrity)

try taking it out and Re-formatting it with you PC. Insert it into the computer using the adapter that came with it or the phone. Go to start/computer/ right click on the SD card. Select format. Click on "Restore device defaults". Make sure the default is FAT. Select start. Click on OK when the window pops up.
This will take a while so find something to do in the mean time.

Try downloading ROM Manager and run the "Fix permissions" option.
If that don't, work try the newest BACKside Build. Paying close attention to this:. Now you need to do all these things(this must be done when installing a new ROM or restoring a backup)
1.wipe cache partition.
2.wipe dalvik cache(advanced section)
3.wipe data/factory reset.Now that your rooted YOU MUST NEVER USE THE FACTORY RESET IN THE PRIVACY MENU ON THE PHONE
4.format boot,system,data,and cache
5.go to install zip from sd card
6.go to select zip from sd card,chose the ROM first. It will go thru the install procedure. When done go back to step 6. and select the gapps.Try the gapps that can be found here http://goo-inside.me/gapps/gapps-gb-20110828-signed.zip they helped me with my Glitches.
When all this is done select reboot system now.If you would like to try the Green Machine Theme Do not install the theme just yet. Wait till after you have a couple of reboots on the ROM before you do that.
It will take 5-10min. for the initial reboot. You will be asked to sign in,skip this.
Now you can go to the market app and click on it and sign in to your google account(you must have your e-mail address and log in code).Reboot the phone twice then set up your apps. Once you get everything set up just the way you like it and all your apps are just where you want them,go back into your recovery and make a backup of that ROM. You can now delete the first backup if you need to (you might keep it if you ever need to revert back to stock to sell the phone).
If you want to install a theme all you have to do is go into the recovery and wipe cache partition and dalvik cache,then do the same thing you did to install the ROM(theme must remain zipped)
When you need to install an update to an installed ROM,all you have to do is wipe cache,and dalvik.

Read my thread very carefully. If you have the "S" screen then Make sure you have a backup that you made in the recovery(this is called a nandroid backup). My thread can be found here

You should be OK to use ROM Manager, but just in case make that backup.

If you try to flash the recovery thru ROM Manager or you try to flash a ROM that doesn't have the update,or the Xionia kernel.
