So, knowing little to nothing (for now) about designing or editing live wallpapers, I was just curious how difficult it would be to create one from scratch. I saw the new(ish) Mario live wallpaper in the market and it inspired me to want to create one of my own.
I want to design an ever changing Rorschach wallpaper based around the mask the character of the same name wears in Watchmen.
I know editing the existing wallpapers isn't as difficult as making one from scratch and definitely not as involved as what I've dreamed up, so I guess my main questions are: A. is is feasible to make one from scratch and B. any publications or forums I could be pointed to that might be a good place to start?
