Root Question about google apps.

I'm not sure which one I should use after I flash to a new rom. Also I don't know the process. Any help would be appreciated.

The sticky had this link Goo-inside.me Downloads - Browsing gapps but there are quite a few listed and I'm not sure what all the filenames mean.

Goo-inside.me Downloads - Downloading gapps-gb-20110828-signed.zip is the one linked for CM7 - TGR. You flash that file in recovery, just like you did the ROM before it.
