Question About Google Services Framework version 2.3.7

I have a question about Google Services Framework.

I recently cleared the data and cache for this, please note I didn't force stop it and at first I couldn't log on to the Google Play Store, but after I switched off the phone and back on again I got the terms and conditions to accept etc, and I can finally get into the store.

Oh, but here is the question, in my app settings it has the following for Google Services Framework in Storage:

Total............260KB
Application....0.00B
Data............2.60KB

For someone that has cleared both data and cache but not force stop does this look normal? should there be a figure showing against Application?

I tried it just to see what would happen. I am on an Evo 4g LTE though.

I did not force stop it. I did clear it.

I had no trouble going right to playstore, I have 1.09MB for App.

I forgot to say that at the moment as well as the info I supplied on the OP, I want to also add that at present the options currently available are to Force Stop and Clear Data which is what I did yesterday, also the cache is greyed because the cache is at 0.00B unfortunately I can't remember what the cache showed prior to me clearing the data yesterday.

My concern really is that I have mucked something up, and I am waiting to see if any of my apps get updated on Google Play and more importantly if they show on my apps as requiring an update.

dustwun77,

Thanks for your help, being that you have a completely different phone I can't really judge anything unless someone with the same phone gives their comments.

As I can enter Google Play Store ok as well as update from it manually without getting the notification first that is, and I am able to sync by apps that require to be synced, would you say that the Google Services Framework version 2.3.7 is working normally regardless of whether there is 0.00B showing against the application in the storage settings under apps?

Oh and is the Google Services Framework version 2.3.7 the latest version for this phone?
