Root Question About Having Multiple Custom Roms

Ok, so I have rooted my droid x. I installed DroidX Bootstrap and made a backup right afterwards. I then installed Liberty 1.5, and it is working fine.

Here is where I need help.

I want to experiment more, and want to install other roms while maintaining my current Liberty 1.5. I want to be able to switch between my multiple roms, how would I go about doing this? If somebody could provide a step-by-step procedure, that would be awesome!

Sync everything
Download a rom and place on SD card
Reboot into recovery
Make a backup
wipe data/cache
Install from SD card

I also use titanium backup for backing up my apps. It's helpful reinstalling all ur apps when you get that new Rom installed. And it also keeps your settings on them which makes it less frustrating to swap to a new rom.
