Question about internet browser

Ok so when i click to open up my internet browser it takes me to a blank page but i have my home page set to google so why doesnt it open up my home page when i open up the browser?

That will happen if you delete all of your pages you have open in the browser which results in a blank page. Technically, it's still running, so when you go to open it up again, the blank page is still there.

Try killing the app in samsung's task manager and open it again.

Or when you see the blank page, tap the back key (on your phone, not the browser) until you exit out of the app. That will kill it also.
