Help Question about multiple email accounts

I have three accounts setup up on my phone.
Gmail, Corporate, Personal Business.

The way that the phone sets them up is I have a widget for my gmail and a widget for my two other accounts. The two other accounts is where I am having issues. The second widget accesses the work accounts but only one at a time. I have to go to settings and select whichever box I want to see as the default in order to access the contents. Is there a way to have the second widget show all contents universally from both business accounts in one thread without having to constantly switch between default settings?

I guess that works for receiving but if you want to use multiple send options not so much!
