Root Question about music player

The stock music player (made by LG, not google) is it a memory hog? Cause everytime I play music (from my phone and not Pandora) temple run 2 will lag as if I'm running my Optimus M again

I use winamp,poweramp and uh somethin else
Never realy used any of the stock music or movie player
I sorta have a complex about anything using stock stuff for some reason

I like the Dolby Mobile audio...only reason I'm using it at all really, makes them live recordings sound pretty decent.


Edit: $5 is so worth gapless playback...unless there's a free app somewhere?

The stock player isnt a memory hog....when you dont use the equalizer. That equalizer makes a big difference in memory usage, using a third party player doesnt use as much memory because it only uses the default audio libs and an internal coded equalizer.

Thats why we have audiofx as a seperate app. :3
