Help Question about notifications

I have a question regarding notification alerts. On my old phone, I could customize the sound for each notification, an email could have a different sound than a text, or voice mail.

I can't find where to do that on my mopho. Anyone have any tips?

With the stock I believe you are tied to one sound for all. :/

Yes,you can select separate notifications for each.

For example:

Select TEXT MESSAGING>MENU>SETTINGS>NOTIFICATIONS>SELECT RINGTONE & choose a notification tone.

Repeat the process for E-mail,G-mail,or,any other app that has notifications.

This is Wrong. In fact, I have a different notification for my emails, text messages, social networking messages...

It's been said before, but I'm happy to provide guidance to do this.

For Gmail Notifications
Open Gmail Account>MENU>MORE>SETTINGS>CHOOSE SPECIFIC GMAIL ACCOUNT (IF MULTIPLE GMAIL ACCOUNTS)>LABELS TO NOTIFY (SCROLL DOWN TO BOTTOM OF SETTINGS)>INBOX>RINGTONE

For Email Notifications (e.g. other accounts) Not sure if you can set each exchange email notification to a different ringtone, but it would be the same steps for each account, if it is possible
Open Email App>MENU>EMAIL SETTINGS>NOTIFICATIONS>SELECT RINGTONE

For Text Messages
Open Text Messaging App>MENU>MESSAGING SETTINGS>SELECT RINGTONE

For Voicemail
Open Voicemail App>MENU>SETTINGS>NOTIFICATIONS>SELECT SOUND
