Help Question about roll back B4 I mess up.!

Hello all.. Im about to perform a rollback to 2.3.5 to fix the problem with the un-rootable (thanks AT&T) 2.3.6 update.... I just want to make sure the 4ever root method listed here..

UPDATE[02/06/12] The Beginners Guide !!! (NOOBS)[ALL IN 1 RESOURCE GUIDE] - xda-developers

works on Atrix 2 as well... If not then it will make no sense to do this as I will eventually have to go back to 2.3.6 and will find myself in square 1 again..

Please advise Thanks =)...

Also the method itself appears to be a little complicated... is there any 1click method available ( Im not lazy its just than Im not good with cmd)

That is the thread to follow....it's what I used to successfully flash/update/root my phone. It even shows how to revert back to 2.3.5 after updating to 2.3.6.
