Root Question about rooting

I'm still having trouble having a consistant connection to wifi at my work place. Hopefully it's not the phone or the root that caused this issue. I'll have to wait until I get home to see if the wifi on the phone is busted or not. Has anybody else had this issue?

Not me. My issue is that my router is p/w protected and I can't remember the damn thing... Apparently Vista has a problem with "Show characters" for even admin privileges... and apparently I have a problem of scribbling down p/w's on everything from envelopes, inside random notebooks, cardboard packaging, etc...

I'm on a damn Easter Egg hunt for an 8 digit p/w.

Wifi wouldn't connect to my home router so I ended up taking off root and reset my phone. Now the wifi is working great but I'm debating if I should try rooting again.

Try to either reset the router. This will put it back to basics and allow you to reset it all.
