question about rooting

i cant install the acer liquid tool driver, i downloaded it, extract it but for some reason i cant install it what am i doing wrong

What OS do you have Apple or Windows?

If Win 7 save the file on your 'C-Drive' right click and RUN as ADM it is not a program that installs but an app you run when needed.

i have windows vista

You still have to run the program with ADM rights

kae i did saved it on my c drive but then when i right click i dont see a run adm or anything like that

I have never used Vista, maybe someones can help

It has a little picture of a multi colored shield next to it.

I too use Vista and I do see the option when I right click a program of any kind.
