Root Question about Rubix themes and customization

Sup guys, I just installed Rubix 2.0.1 and decided to download some themes for it. One thing I loved about the original Rubix set up, was when you clicked the app icon, the way you scroll apps almost looked curved and the animation was pretty awesome. I downloaded Rubix UD themes, is there a way to keep that theme, but use the other Rubix animation? If not, how to I go about using the previous theme (the stock one)

I'm new to rooting and roms, so any help would be appreciated.
 
Any advice on how to switch themes? If they are already on your SD, do you have to reboot every time? If I want the stock theme do I have to reboot and re-install the entire rom?
