I see that system tuner (free version) comes with a widget. I threw it on one of my screens and it's a 1x1 square that has a little android guy in the center. currently underneath him it says 117MB and above him it says 29/29. also a green bar to his right that is about 25% full. What does all this mean? The numbers randomly change and when the 29/29 figure changes it will always be 2 of the same number. changed to 18/18 a bit ago, for example.

Not sure as I dont use that widget.
Try this, go to the play store and look up System Tuner and visit the developer website, and sometimes it has info about that app.
