Help Question about T-Mobile cell phone replacements

I was able to but I didn't have insurance so I really bought a new phone anyway ao I guess that doesn't count. I got the white one. When you return your phone with insurance they do there best to match the color of your phone but if that colors not in stock you get whatever they have. Then there's the whole issue of your ordering the phone from the insurance company, Your t-mobile store is most likely going to tell you to send it in and not give you a replacement on the spot unless they charge you some ridiculously high covering fee. I ran into that problem when I tried to return my G1 with a cracked screen.

I have insurance, I don't get why they would match the color. I regret the black phone because of the leathery and rubberized feel and it doesn't stand out well, the white one standed out more and had a glossy plastic feel to it.
