Help question about text to speech

Is there a was to have the lady read out my text messages?
All she says is..."new message from (persons name)"

I want her to read out everything in the text message. My old phone the black jack 2 used to do that.

Also is it possible to change the ladies voice in navigation?
I set it to british english In the text to speech settings but in navigation the voice stayed the same.
