Help question about the weather/clock widget

recently, the weather part of the clock widget has not been displaying the right city. the city is very close to where i live though. it is currently showing "east san gabriel valley" but i actually live in "diamond bar". these are both little cities (very close to each ohter) in southern california. is this caused by the cell tower that the phone is connected to? if i enable wifi, the city does show diamond bar. any ideas?

I switch on gps, refresh and voila, then turn off gps.

won't it switch back after turning off the gps? and turning on gps didn't really help. am i suppose to leave it longer?

after driving away from home a few yards it changes to the right city. the phone changed back to the wrong city right when i am in the vicinity of my house. any ideas why this happens
