Root Question about "Wifi for Root Users"

So I recently downloaded the WiFi for Root Users app so that I can get on XBOX Live from time to time. Is there any way to open the NAT type on this app. The lag is starting to become frustrating :/
 
NEVER play on Xbox Live or Psn. NAT type shouldn't affect lag. NAT affects matchmaking, making it harder to find a match. VM's data network is a shared Sprint network with the Elite. So the speeds are horrible because of VM. Not the NAT. Tethering on 3G should be only used for browsing Facebook or sending messages on Xbox Love. Not for actually playing online.
