Help Question Mark on Battery Meter

Has anyone else seen a ? on the battery meter? I've done a reset, a battery pull, changed chargers and it's still showing. This is my replacement phone because the first one was doing the same. Also i have swapped batteries to no avail. Any insight would be great

That icon means "Battery Unknown," and thats about the only information I know about it.

Thank you for the input.. Just had to do a FRU replacement bc it wouldn't charge.

Sounds like the charger is outputting bad power and its confusing the batteries. Pull battery for 5 min, and try it again with a different charger. I had this problem WAY LONG ago - but I got away from it and havnt seen it since the new charger
