Root question on 2 part rooted GB

I recently updated to the 2 part rooted GB that I got from P3droid's post at droidworld....question - is this deodexed? That means I can change roms right? And with odexed I can't? But themes will work on either?

You are not deodexed. You can install a Rom over it anyway

If you want to deodex what you have now, install this in CWR:

What's the benefit of being odexed? Still fuzzy. It has to do with installing roms and themes right? ROM changes the entire OS, theme just changes looks correct?

I too had no idea what it meant so I read this:

Even after reading that it took me little while to "get it". Most importantly like bouchigo said you can install roms regardless. I won't try to explain it myself would probably not help as much as some of the pros on this board lol.
