Question on Manufacturer warranty !

If there's any defect with the phone,
would manufacturer's warranty cover that after 30 days?
Would Verizon replace the phone with a new one after 30 days?

ps. by defect i meant, bad antenna and some banding on the screen.

I don't know, I've always had the insurance. Since I have that, I usually just take it into a Verizon store.

My understanding from Verizon is that they would replace it with a new phone within 14 days, or a refurbished one after that until the end of the warranty (1 year).
