Root Question on Unrooting

So i got my phone rooted yesterday using the unrevoked3 method. Im considering unrooting it but when i go into the sd card files via my computer there is no root folder. I also can't find the Root folder using Astro.

the root of you SD card means placing the file on your sd card without putting it in a folder... there is no such thing as a "root" folder
