Accessories Question - Phone + New Battery

Hi guys, just seeking some help / info here.

So I just purchased a new battery that was confirmed somewhere on the forums here that it works for the Incredible and it does. Amazon.com: HTC Standard Battery for HTC XV6175, Imagio, Hero (CDMA): Cell Phones & Accessories

I charged my phone last night and everything was great and played with it yesterday after a charge with no problem. However, now when my phone shuts down, it will not turn back on unless plugged in charging and then works fine when off the cord.

Has anyone else experienced anything like this?

If you need anymore information, please let me know and I will be glad to provide it.

I don't understand why the phone won't turn on unless plugged in.

I'm not sure but it sounds like you might have gotten a bunk battery.
I'd contact amazon and exchange it out.

I have never had that happen with a new battery but I have had phone batteries that have just died out on me that wouldn't work anymore . Happened with my Dare

I wanted to check in here and see if anyone experienced the same while using a new/different battery. I contacted the Amazon seller and they have shipped a new one out to me.
