Root Question regarding recovery

This should be a quick yes/no question: Can Amon Ra restore backups made under Clockwork and vice versa?

The reason I ask is I was using Clockword Recovery when I first switched from stock Sense to CM7 stable. I've since started running the nightly builds for various reasons and it was suggested to me that I begin using Amon Ra Recovery.

At this point I'm on the latest CM7 nightly but need to get back to stock Sense. I still have my backup made with Clockwork but have Amon Ra installed now. Do I need to reinstall Clockwork in order to flash back to stock Sense from my backup?

No they can't. Clockwork only restores clockwork. And visa versa.just did the same thing myself.

Simple answer, NO, you can't restore amon_ra backups through clockwork or vice versa.



Yes, you will have to reflash clockwork to restore a clockwork backup.
