Question. Tablet as a handwriting entry tool for a windows laptop. ?

I want to use te writing recognition on the tablet. But I want that text to enter into a document on the laptop.

My iphone can enter text onto my PC with the splashtop touchpad app. But it is limited to the keyboard in the application.

I am wondering if there is a way to tether the note to the PC on this way.

Don't have the note tablet yet. Considering buying if I can get this capability.
 
Don't actually have the tablet. And probably using the wrong terminology with the word tether.

I just mean. Can I connect a note tablet to a PC. By usb. By Bluetooth. Or by wifi.

And can I enter text on the tablet with handwriting. That then shows up on the PC?
 
The last part wouldn't be able to do. But yes you can hook up any device with cables once you have drivers installed on the PC/laptop
