Question to those who upgraded

As many of you guys did as well, I took the replacement option of either the Droid Charge, Droid Incredible 2, and the Droid X2. I have one question.

Did you guys send your old Fascinate in or did you keep it?

I called customer service just now and they said that since it was technically an upgrade that the Fascinate is mine to keep. But when I got my Droid Charge yesterday, the activation guide tells me that I need to return the defective equipment within five days or I'll be charged $500+

Oh yeah, you gotta return the Fascinate. You can keep the SD card though so you don't have to lose all you had saved on it. You can even do a Titanium backup of all your apps and restore them in your new phone once you have it rooted.
