Root Question...

It seems to me that it's pretty much standard to wipe data/cache when switching between ROMs. Now, I had pushed Titanium (and a couple others) via adb to /system/app, but much to my chagrin it didn't survive wiping. I guess I assumed wrong when I figured it would. What's the "right" way to wipe so that I don't lose these apps I pushed?

If you decide to wipe between switching roms I would think you are going to lose whatever you pushed everytime. When you load that new rom it gives you an entire new operating system with its own /system/app. Correct me if I'm wrong anyone.

Yeah, you're right. I just realized this. Only works if you wipe and don't flash another ROM. Oh wellz.

Yes you are correct when you wipe (and I believe even if I don't) the new rom will replace the system files with it's own... You have to restore them and move them back...

Why not wipe, restore, then push them if you choose to do so?
