when I use code to unlock phone it says this phone belongs to how do I put my name in that spot?

I bet you have AVG anti-virus installed. It does that message on my phone. See the picture:

To change that you have to open up AVG anti-virus (which is just called "Antivirus" on my list of programs). Hit the MENU key (the physical key at the bottom of the phone) and then on the screen menu that pops up you want to select SETTINGS and then select REMOTE MANAGEMENT then LOST MESSAGE which is where you can change what it says.

You have to open up the AVG antivirus program first so that when you hit MENU you are seeing the MENU of THAT program and not the regular normal MENU that you get when you simply hit MENU while on one of your HOME PAGES.
