Yes you could. As long as you both have the same cwr version in which in this case you would. If we had 2 different versions it probably wouldnt work due to mix match md5 sums

You make a backup on her phone, insert the sd card into your phone, and restore the backup you just made

The recovery installer is an all in one it will root and put whichever recovery you selected on your phone.
