How do you Root your LG Marquee, I have tried everything!!!! and nothing woks, it says permission is denied, i don't have any firewall,Anti-virus, of that sort, so i don't know what else to do, i need help ASAP

Hi and welcome to the Marquee!! Since the phone has most likely already had the Update Pushed to it (To check you can go to Settings>About Phone>S/W Version.) If it says either ZVC [Sprint] or ZV4 [Boost] you will need to check the following threads to revert your phone to the state before the Update:

Once you get it back to the ZV9 [Sprint] or ZV3 [Boost] S/W Version you can then use PlayfulGod's Root + CWM Method.

I thought you couldn't go from zv4 to zv3 and you have to go to zv9? if so, can you link me to the file so i can do it

Sorry that's right as of right now kdz will only go back to ZV9..it still works for Boost though.

I'm currently trying this tutorial to install ZV4 after you kdz to ZV9... Hopefully it works :]
