Depends, The Gingerbread bootloader has always been unlocked and the ICS bootloader is still locked.

nope, some one is close to getting cm10 though. Everything works except for the video drivers.

Well if it gets done maybe our connects can finally get rid of gingerbread
Last word I heard from LG two days ago was that they were checking with their GPL gurus to see what their obligations are. More of less, I'm being fed lip service now. It's going to take someone with some serious kernel writing skills to fix this mess and that probably isn't me unless I get really lucky really soon.
