Question, cannot switch to vertical. How do I rectify?
Did rotate when first purchased

Hi Poquita, and welcome to AF

There is a setting to turn auto-rotation on and off in the display settings menu. Have you tried toggling that on and off?

Otherwise if you tell us more about your phone, e.g. what model it is, anything you've changed recently, we might be able to provide some more advice.
