question..

[cmh]

do messages deliver but not get seen when someone is offline on viber or does the other person u have to be online for them deliver?

[codesplice]

From the Play Store listing:

Push notifications guarantee that you never miss a message or call, even when Viber is off

[cmh]

when they are offline it just says sent in this case it said delivered not just sent so were they online at that time or offline?

[funkylogik]

I think delivered means theyve opened the app

[cmh]

I think delivered means they've opened the app

so they were probably online it wasn't seen yet just delivered by the way i am speaking of messages being received
