okay so i have no service due to payment, so i was wondering if i could do something to "hack service" because when the actual date came i was turning CDMA on and off to get the 3G logo and use my cellphone, so i was wondering if i could do something with AnyCut app

"Hacking" or otherwise intruding on a carrier network without authorization is a felony and not discussed at Android Forums.
