How can you..

*Has someone added multi touch to the droid yet?

*How can I change my icons? looks ugly. Heard about open home but also heard it makes the droid real jerky.

*are there any good unofficial apps not in the marketplace?

*is there a good site/post with lots of tips/apps all condensed? I see lots of posts here but its so scattered.

I'm using Open Home and it doesn't make my phone jerkey, it also fixes the landscape mode and there are many themes and icon packs available.
