I have already rooted my Samsung galaxy Y S360. I wanted to know if now i will be able to download paid apps from Google play for free. If yes, how can I do it?

Plenty! Custom ROMs, full backups, root only apps, the limits are endless. I don't know much about your device but look around the rest of the forums for specific tips.
