Help Questions for Google Voice - Unlimited Calling

Last October, Google released a new version of their app which no longer uses the "single access number" method. This meant that every outbound call went to an intermediate number based upon who you were calling, instead of always to the same access number (which worked well when you put it on your "5 unlimited numbers" list). This meant that you no longer needed a data connection to make outbound calls from your Google Voice number, but that the minutes would count against you since you couldn't add every new number to your unlimited list. In fact, I created a thread about it back then warning people.

Luckily I never upgraded my Google Voice app, meaning I still have unlimited outbound calls, but I am curious about seeing what the new app offers. Therefore, I'm wondering if anyone has any solutions they use themselves which satisfies the following criteria:

  1. Unlimited outbound calls
  2. Transparent to user (should just click to call someone, not have to dial your GV number, press 2, then their number)
  3. Correct record of calls (so my "recently dialed" list shows who I spoke to, not an access number 100 times)
  4. Does not use more than 2 of my 5 "UNLIMITED" numbers
  5. Not purely VOIP (If I lose 3G for 1 second, don't want to lose my call. I don't mind needing data to connect though.)
  6. Doesn't ring me to use (I don't want it to call me first)

I've tried scouring the forums and the app store for 3rd party apps to make this work, but it seems everything requires at least 1 or 2 of these to be compromised. (For example: the apps which call you back violates the last criteria, and would also show only incoming calls from my GV number in my call history.)

Thanks many many many times to anyone who has a solution!

Groove IP does all of this, but it is a VOIP service. I don't think you are going to get anything that satisfies all of these requirements.
