Root Questions with Updating to ZVE and Ldrifta's #2

Currently, I am on ZVD and Ldrifta's #2 ROM v2.5.4 with CWMR.

I have lots of important data in both my internal and external memory and I was wondering if updating from ZVD TO ZVE and or updating my ROM to Ldrifta's newest v3.0.1 for ZVE would wipe any of the data from my phone.

I want to be able to update from ZVD to ZVE, then update the ROM to the latest to work with ZVE.

If it WILL wipe my data, is there some type of backup program or application that will restore EVERYTHING on my phone?

It would be cool if someone could take me step by step.

I just updated yesterday using the LG tools, then I installed #2, my data was still intact
 
They playing the mind game . They want you to come in and update your device . But as the update is going on he ask you if u would want a new Samsung s4 or check out the deal i have on this new lg phone . Its to get u to look or buy a new device .:banghead::D:eek: very tempting to buy ..hmmmmmmm
 
or you can just hook your phone to computer and bk up everything on there,thats what i did,didnt want to take any chances!!!
