Help Quick Commands & Google Maps

I have no problem opening the Quick Commands dialogue box by swiping upwards with the S pen. However using the Google Maps Jump To Location doesn't work properly. To use it I have draw an exclamation mark then the name of the location e.g. ! London Google Maps then opens to the desired location i.e. London

However what happens is that that Google Maps is only opening to My Location (where I live) and not the name of the location your wrote after the exclamation mark

This seems only to have started happening after the last update of Google Maps. Does anyone have a remedy to this or has the latest Google Maps update caused an issue with using Quick Commands & Google Maps?

Thanks

Update.......

You need to uninstall the latest version of Google Maps and revert back to the original version. Here

I suppose the moral of the story is be wary of installing any Google app update incase they have a negative impact on the way certain functions on the Note 10.1 behave!
