Quick Exchange Policy Question

I am way past my 14 day return period. My power button seems to be seriously recessed though. I do have what Verizon calls "insurance" on the device. If I take this in will they switch it out due to this hardware issue, or am I stuck with a sinking power button. Thanks, sorry for such a general question that has probably been answered many times before.
 
Your device is under warranty, so they will switch it out in the store or give you an service 800 number to call that will send you a new or referb device.
