Root Quick Flash Question

Got a quick question, my camera doesnt work on liberty 1.5 and i havent had any luck trying to fix it, so im going to get a fresh install of liberty on my phone. My question is can i just SBF back to stock, than install Liberty 1.5 over it? Or is there a "better" method?

just install over it, you can wipe data and cache if you want, just to make sure you indeed get a fresh copy of it

Thanks for your help, unfourtunately it didnt work. I tried installing 3 dif times with 3 dif download links.
