Root Quick help please: installing my first rom

Hi guys, Im installing GingerVillain
its saying install from sd card complete, but at the top, the options are
apply sdcard:update.zip
choose zip from sdcard
toggle signature verification
toggle script asserts

have I only installed darktremor??
and now do I just need to click apply sdcard:update.zip??

Don't know about gv but its usually reboot time. Go up a menu level?
