Help Quick Help with NHL team Android App!!

So I was browsing my fav NHL teams website (Capitals Baby) and I came across this page.

Washington Capitals Smartphone Applications - Washington Capitals - Fan Zone

It has a link for an Android smartphone but when I download it, I am not sure how to get it onto my phone or where to put it. This may be a Noob question, I have Astro file managment on my phone but I am not sure what to do next after I have it downloaded on my computer. Can anyone help?

I think Astro file manager can do it for you, just hook up your phone to your PC and move the file you download to either the internal memory or sd card, then disconnect, launch Astro, and open the file. Hope that works for you.
